City Spy Map was born in 1995 in Prague by a fella named Mr. Gordonsky. His concept was to create city maps designed by and for young people travelling around Europe. Created by locals, the maps give travellers insider tips on places and services that may not be available in your travel guidebook. Fast forward nearly two decades later, City Spy Map project has now grown to cover some 20 European cities. If you have stayed in hostels in Europe, you may have bumped into one of the free pocket-sized booklets of City Spy Map. If you haven’t, you can always download and print the maps out yourself from their official website.
