Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien is an exhibition space for contemporary art housed in a former hospital building. When the hospital closed in 1970, the building has been used as spaces for cultural and artistic institutions including artist studios and projects spaces for exhibitions, theater and dance. Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien owns a collection of about 450 artworks. Additional programs such as tours, films, discussions and artist talks function as reinforcement to the six exhibitions projects that take place annually.
