What started of as a social experiment on twitter by Daniel Graham (@Cpt.Grimmy) and Elad Kirshenbaum (@Onekcollection) is now a monthly mass night bike riding event. The #moonlightmass is gaining popularity to become Africa’s biggest social ride. It takes place once a month during full moon. The route starts under the Green Point turning circle, all the way down to the beach-front promenade then onto Long Street. The 12-km ride takes about 1 hour-ish. Helmet is necessary since it’s the law and it’s safer!
