Sisters’ Island Marine Park is a 40-acre marine park which encompasses the land and waters surrounding Sisters’ Islands. The area that the park occupies has a vast variety of marine life, including hard and soft corals, and sea anemones. Being located in close proximity to one of the world’s busiest ports, the Marine Park will provide a safe refuge for the teeming biodiversity around the Southern Islands and its surrounding waters, as well as safeguard our natural heritage. Nature guided walks are offered to visitors to tour and experience the marine park’s amazing biodiversity. They are free of charge and each guided walk session is open to a maximum of 45 people. Be prepared to book months in advanced. Those unable to join the walk can still enjoy snorkelling, swimming, picnicking and even camping (permit required).
