Pancho tours was created by young travelers from all around the world and want to be a reference tour agency for backpackers by offering the cheapest options and alternative activities. The walking tours offered are free (well, are based on tips) and you can choose between two options (or go to both!): Bairro Alto and/or Alfama. The tours happens everyday (rain or shine) and lasts 2,5 hours. You must signed up for the tour on their site and then just show up in the meeting point and look for the bright orange shirts!
