Free: All time
The Boston Common Frog Pond sits at the heart of Boston Common, the oldest public park in the United States. During the summer, the ankle-deep wading pool with its fountains draws a big crowd trying to cool off from the heat. In the winter, it turns into an ice rink. Other free events also take place around the Frog Pond such as the Pumpkin Festival during Halloween, fly fishing training sessions for kids, frog appreciation day, summer yoga, movie nights, etc. Check the official website for the event schedule.
