Free: Mondays – Friday 11am
Like most free walking tours in Europe, Buenos Aires’s free tour is run by young locals. These outgoing porteños (Buenos Aires-ians) are energetic and eager to show you iconic spots in the city and tell you about their secrets and history. The tour takes about two and a half hours; a good way to get a crash course on the capital of Argentina. No reservation needed. Just show up and look for the guide in green t-shirt. (Note: Although it’s a free tour, the guides do work on tip-basis.)
