Lion’s Head (a.k.a. Leeuwen Kop) is a mountain located in between Table Mountain and Signal Hill. Peaking at 669 metres, the mountain forms a dramatic backdrop to the city of Cape Town. Hike up Lion’s Head to catch the sunset view over both the city and the Atlantic Seaboard. The hour-long walk to the top is particularly popular during full moon as well. The difficulty is moderate so any fit individual should be able to hike it with no problem.
