The building for Zagreb’s MSU Museum of Contemporary Art itself is quite new. It opened in December 2009, after six years of construction. The design was chosen from a competition winner, architect Igor Franic, out of 85 entries submitted. Amongst its permanent collection is Carsten Höller’s “Double Slide,” which is basically a giant slide for visitors to exit the museum from its third floor directly out of the building. Go for this, if nothing else.
