Also nicknamed “Fred and Ginger,” the Dancing House is a building in Prague built by Croatian-Czech architect Vlado Milunić and the famous architect Frank Gehry. With its deconstructivist design style, the building stood jarringly in contrast of its historic surrounding. The Dancing House is set on a property of great historical significance. Its site was the location of a house destroyed by the U.S. bombing of Prague in 1945. Today, this building owned by a Dutch insurance company has become a very popular attraction in the city.
