The Tourist Information Center (TIC), located on the B1 of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) offers a wide-range of services to visitors at no charge. One of the services is hands-on cultural experience programs such as wearing Hanbok (9:30am – 5:30pm on scheduled days), getting your name written in Hangeul (1pm – 5pm on scheduled days), making Hanji crafts (9am – 4:30 on scheduled days), playing folk games (9am – 10pm on Lunar New Year & Chuseok holiday), and joining the traditional tea experience (1pm – 5pm on Lunar New Year & Chuseok holiday).
